Description

Dr. Guillermo Valdivia is a dedicated professional in the field of veterinary pathology, currently undertaking an innovative clinical trial in canine mammary cancer immunotherapy as part of his final year of doctoral research.at the Complutense University of Madrid. With over a decade of experience, his work and insights have significantly enriched the field of veterinary disease diagnostics and animal health.

Dr. Valdivia started his academic journey at the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), where he excelled academically and graduated with his Veterinary Medicine degree in 2012. His commitment to animal health prompted him to pursue a Master's degree in Animal Health Sciences, also at UNAM.

Seeking to further specialize in his field, Dr. Valdivia moved to Spain in 2019 to undertake a European Residency in Veterinary Anatomical Pathology at the Complutense University of Madrid, honing his skills and deepening his knowledge in the discipline. His hard work and dedication culminated in his recognition as a certified specialist by the European College of Veterinary Pathologists in 2023.

In the same institution, Dr. Valdivia has been working on a groundbreaking clinical trial on immunotherapy for canine mammary cancer as part of his doctoral research. His work holds potential implications for not only veterinary oncology but also human cancer treatment.
