I qualified from the RVC in 2007, and following an equine internship and two years working in first opinion ambulatory large animal practice, I undertook at large animal medicine residency at the University of Minnesota in 2010. In 2013 I became a diplomat of the ACVIM. Following completion of a PhD in equine neurodegenerative diseases, and time working in toxicological pathology I undertook at residency in clinical pathology at the University of Cambridge in 2019. I joined Idexx Laboratories on completion of this residency.
