Alejandro Perez-Ecija, DVM, PhD, MSc, Dipl. ECVP. Professor of the Department of Animal Medicine and Surgery of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of the University of Córdoba. European Diplomate in Veterinary Pathology from the European College of Veterinary Pathologists (ECVP). Head of the Laboratory Service of the Veterinary Clinical Hospital of the University of Córdoba (UCO) since 2013 and head of the External Service of Veterinary Cytological Diagnosis of the UCO. Author of more than 60 national and international publications on internal medicine, veterinary pathology and veterinary clinical pathology, as well as several monographs and chapters on cytology and comparative pathology. Main research areas: cytological diagnosis, comparative hematology and comparative study of bone marrow.
