Keith Nelson is the Director of Toxicologic Pathology for Inotiv.  He also holds an appointment as an adjunct assistant professor at Michigan State University in the Department of Pathobiology and Diagnostic Investigation.  Dr. Nelson received his veterinary training from Michigan State University, completed his PhD and residency in veterinary anatomic pathology at Colorado State University, and is board-certified by the American College of Veterinary Pathologists. He has presented and published in the fields of toxicology, pathology, and drug delivery; including presentations, manuscripts, and book chapters on vaccine pathology, pathologist training, and minipig pathology.  He has a long-standing interest in improvement of injection site pathology evaluation and assessment in toxicologic pathology.
