Charlotte Keenan

Dr. Keenan received her veterinary degree (V.M.D.) from the University of Pennsylvania, School of Veterinary Medicine and completed her residency training in the US Army Medical Corps at the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research.  She is a Diplomate, ACVP and Fellow, IATP with over 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.  Dr. Keenan is an independent consultant and currently chair, Global Editorial Steering Committee of the International Harmonization of Nomenclature and Diagnostic Criteria (INHAND).
