Dr Antoine ALVES serves currently as senior medical device research pathologist at NAMSA Lyon, France. He started as bioengineer at NAMSA, and further defended a PhD thesis at the University of Lyon 1 in Regenerative Medicine and Tissue Engineering, providing innovative tissue metrics using digital quantitative pathology. He totalizes so far, more than 20 years’ experience in medical device pathology at NAMSA. He gained, a large experience particularly in orthopeadic, dental, cardiovascular and regenerative therapies including ultrastructural and microtomographic interpretation with a team of pathologists. He was formerly head of the pathology department at NAMSA Lyon.
