Julie Boisclair, Head of Digital and Computational Pathology, TM PCS | Julie completed her Residency and Master in Veterinary Pathology in 2001 from the University of Montreal, Canada.  Since then, she worked exclusively in the toxicologic pathology field, both in pharma and CRO, supporting regulatory and investigative toxicological studies for drug development.  Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Pathologist and the American Board of Toxicologist, her curious mind always seeks for the pathogenesis behind various drug-induced toxicities and their translatability to human. She is leading the digital transformation of pathology in the Novartis Preclinical Safety group and embracing the computational pathology advances that has the potential to revolutionize the toxicologic pathology field. She is also leading the IMI BigPicture project that will boost the use of AI in pathology and influence the regulatory landscape for this new technology.
