Andreas C. Hocke is a scientist with a background in human medicine and medical informatics. He holds a professorship in Molecular Imaging of Immunoregulation at Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin, where his research focuses on host-pathogen interactions, emerging infectious diseases, and pneumonia. He specializes in human-based disease modeling and the application of advanced microscopy to study infection mechanisms in translational contexts.
