Prof. Dr Andrea Kübler is a professor of psychology at Julius Maximilian University of Würzburg. Her research focuses, amongst other things, on clinical psychology, biofeedback and applied intervention research. In recent years, she has become increasingly involved in addressing the issue of abuse of power within the academic system. She analyses structural causes such as hierarchies, false incentives and inadequate control mechanisms, and advocates for prevention, awareness-raising and reforms.
