Congress App

We are excited to mention that this year we will use a congress app. The app is designed to help participants, speakers, and sponsors get the most out of their congress experience and easily connect with each other before and during the event.

The  app brings all essential congress information together in one place, helping you quickly find your way around and stay up to date throughout the event.

Inside the app, you will find:

🎤 Speaker information – profiles, photos, and session details
📄 Abstracts and posters – access scientific content and contributions
📍 Venue floorplan – easily navigate the congress location
🤝 Connect with participants, speakers, and sponsors – discover who is attending and network during the event
ℹ️ Practical information – everything you need for a smooth congress experience

Connecting with sponsors

Sponsors will use the app’s lead retrieval scanning feature to connect with participants during the congress. This allows sponsors to easily exchange information and follow up with contacts after the event.

Please note that your personal data (such as your name and email address) will only be shared with a sponsor if you actively accept their connection request. Your privacy is important to us, and all data sharing is handled in accordance with GDPR regulations.

Access to the app

The app will go live approximately two weeks before the congress. You will receive a separate email with your personal login details and instructions on how to access your account.
