Prof. Tatiana Flisikowska is a researcher in animal genetics and biotechnology, with a strong focus on genetically engineered large-animal models for biomedical and translational research. After more than 20 years of research experience in Germany, including at the Technical University of Munich, she joined the Poznań University of Life Sciences in 2026 as Professor in the Department of Genetics and Animal Breeding. Her research focuses on the development and characterization of genetically modified pig models for human diseases, with particular emphasis on cancer research and translational medicine. She has extensive experience in genome editing, reproductive biotechnology, and international collaborative research projects.
