Nicole Principato, PhD is a nonclinical safety scientist at Organon where she serves as a project toxicologist supporting the pipeline across different modalities from discovery through to late-stage development. At Organon, Nicole also serves as a developmental and reproductive toxicology subject matter expert, providing regulatory guidance and development strategies for therapeutics in development for women’s health indications. Prior to this role, Nicole worked at Syngenta Crop Protection as a Technical Expert in Human Safety and at Bristol Myers Squibb as a developmental and reproductive toxicologist in Drug Safety Evaluation. Nicole received her PhD in Reproductive Biology from University of Florida and was a postdoctoral fellow in the Toxicity Assessment Division in the National Health and Environmental Effects Research Laboratory at the US Environmental Protection Agency. Nicole is a member of the Society of Toxicology and the Society for Birth Defects Research and Prevention, where she holds a leadership position.
