Armelle Grevot, DVM, DESV, DECVP, is a Director with nearly 20 years at Novartis, serving as a pathologist and preclinical safety project member across early  to late stage programs primarily in oncology and immunology, spanning small molecules, biologics, and novel modalities. Armelle has been deeply involved in cross functional and cross industry efforts to reduce animal use—especially NHP—by advancing scientifically robust alternatives. As Work Package Lead in the IHI VICT3R consortium, Armelle drives the development of digital histopathology and Virtual Control methods to enhance data interpretation and support reductions in in life controls.
